I was and still is very disappointed i had a flat tire and took my vehicle to Waldorf tire pros which ended up after purchasing 4 new tires wheel bearings repairs then the mechanic backed my truck into the door breaking my taillight and damaging my rear bumper. I was told the tech was a new tech. Billy general mgr fixed my taillight but he only wanted to fix the section of my bumper that the guy damaged I had no offers to compensate me for my time or to get a rental I have had tune ups oil changes but this was not my fault and I didn't damage my vehicle and i shouldn't have to pay for anything. I feel i should receive compensation

We have talked about this multiple times. I will pay to get what we damaged. As you told me multiple times your husband damaged the bumper and tryed to fix it himself. I had it set up to get the lr corner fixed that we damaged but you wanted to get the damage that he had done. This is why you need a rental not what we did. I even offered to pay you directly all I needed was a quote but never heard another word.
